为了解析糯高粱种质资源之间的亲缘关系,用25对SSR引物检测了29份糯高粱种质资源的遗传多样性。结果表明,25对引物共检测出59个等位基因,平均每对引物检出2.28个,平均有效等位基因为1.81个,引物位点的多态信息量变幅为0.17~0.62,平均为0.34。29份糯高粱种质资源的遗传相似系数范围在0.203~0.949之间,平均为0.593,UPGMA方法将29份糯高粱品种在遗传相似系数0.475处聚为两大类。不同地理来源的品种被聚在同一亚类,农艺性状近似的品种聚在同一亚类。结果表明,糯高粱品种的亲缘关系与地理来源关系不大,该研究中的糯高粱种质资源具有较为丰富的遗传多样性。
In order to analyze the genetic relationship between waxy sorghum germplasm resources, genetic diversity of 29 waxy sorghum germplasms was detected by using 25 pairs of SSR primers. The results showed that 59 alleles were detected by 25 pairs of primers, with an average of 2.28 pairs per primer. The average effective allele was 1.81. The polymorphism information of primer loci varied from 0.17 to 0.62 with an average of 0.34 The genetic similarity coefficient of 29 germplasm resources of waxy sorghum ranged from 0.203 to 0.949 with an average of 0.593. UPGMA method was used to classify 29 waxy sorghum varieties into two groups at genetic similarity coefficient 0.475. Varieties of different geographical origin are clustered in the same subgroup, and varieties with similar agronomic traits are clustered in the same subgroup. The results showed that the genetic relationship of waxy sorghum cultivars was not related to geographical origin. The waxy sorghum germplasm resources in this study had rich genetic diversity.
