As a brand new industry, exhibition industry plays an inestimable role in promoting the development of production, circulation of commodities, promoting the exchanges of domestic and international trade and promoting the progress of technological innovation. The use of exhibitions to open up markets and increase trade is not only a successful experience of European countries, but also a common practice in all countries in the world. According to the calculation of the insiders, the daily expenses of the merchants engaging in the sales activities are eight times of the total number of the exhibitions, that is, the daily purchases and sales of 8 yuan can be realized by spending 1 yuan on the feed. The highest organization of the exhibition is “World Expo International”. At present, there are 21,950 exhibitions registered in the world from 1998 to 1999, 336 in China, accounting for 1.5% of the world’s total. Some 500 approved international exhibitions, 107 of the 150 biggest are held in Germany, and only four in China are named at international fairs.
