目的了解并评价铅蓄电池企业除尘设施改造前后的防护效果。方法对铅蓄电池企业进行职业病危害因素检测,对除尘设施进行改造。结果改造前该企业铅尘(烟)的超标率为94.4%,各岗位控制风速均未能满足除尘的要求;改造后,各岗位铅尘(烟)的浓度均低于职业接触限值,各岗位控制风速均达标。结论该企业的除尘设施由于设置不合理及维护不当导致工作场所铅尘(烟)浓度严重超标,对除尘设施进行改造后,工作场所铅尘(烟)的浓度明显降低。
Objective To understand and evaluate the protective effect before and after the transformation of dust removal facilities of lead battery enterprises. Methods To detect occupational hazards of lead battery enterprises and to reform dust removal facilities. Results Before the transformation, the excessive rate of lead dust (smoke) in the enterprise was 94.4%, and the wind speed of all posts was unable to meet the requirements of dust removal. After the renovation, the concentrations of lead dust (smoke) in all posts were lower than the occupational exposure limits. Position control wind speed reached the standard. Conclusion The concentration of lead dust (smoke) in the workplace was seriously exceeded due to unreasonable and improper maintenance of dust collection facilities in this enterprise. The concentration of lead dust (smoke) in the workplace was obviously reduced after the dust removal facilities were reformed.
