目的:应用多指标综合评分法确立小儿清热栓的提取工艺。方法:应用正交试验和高效液相色谱法,以大黄中5种活性成份及苦参中两种活性成份为指标,采用多指标综合评分法,确立小儿清热栓的提取工艺。结果:确立小儿清热栓提取工艺为:A1B3C1D1,即浸泡24 h后用8倍量的70%乙醇以1.5 mL/min的流速收集渗漉液。结论:多指标综合评分法可以作为一种新的评价模式用于小儿清热栓的工艺评价。
Objective: To establish the extraction process of pediatric heat suppository by multi-index comprehensive score method. Methods: The orthogonal test and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to determine the extraction process of pediatric heat-clearing suppository with five active ingredients in rhubarb and two active components of Sophora flavescens. Results: The extraction process of heat-clearing plug in children was established as A1B3C1D1. After soaking for 24 h, the percolate was collected with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol at a flow rate of 1.5 mL / min. Conclusion: The multi-index comprehensive score method can be used as a new evaluation model for the process evaluation of pediatric heat suppository.
