通过对世界银行中国高致病性禽流感及人流感大流行防控能力建设项目一期进展调查和现状的分析,提出二期项目建设的对策和建议,为进一步完善国家高致病性禽流感防控策略措施,改善人禽流感及人流感大流行的监测、早期预警和应对能力,提高我国高致病性禽流感和人流感大流行预防控制能力提供参考。
Through the investigation and current situation analysis of the first phase of World Bank-China HPAI and human influenza pandemic prevention and control capacity-building project, the countermeasures and suggestions for the second phase of project construction are put forward. In order to further improve the national HPAI Prevention and control strategies and measures to improve the monitoring of human and bird flu and human influenza pandemic, early warning and coping ability, and to improve the prevention and control of HPAI and human influenza in our country.
