目前,在我国钟表行业中,手表摆轮端面跳动和径向跳动的检测,都是采用人工吹看的方法.这种方法靠操作工人的经验判读,精度低、工效差.因此,各手表制造厂家迫切要求解决手表摆轮的自动检测问题.采用激光、信息处理和微型机等先进技术研制出的精密位移自动测量处理系统,解决了摆轮的端跳、径跳和轴长的自动无损检测及分类问题,并能显示和打印出工件的总数、合格数、不合格数及其类别.这就为我国手表行业提供了一种先进仪器.
