2008年12月(2008年12月1日零时至12月31日24时),全国(不含台港澳,下同)共报告甲、乙类法定传染病发病321336例,死亡1235人。除鼠疫、霍乱、传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎和白喉无发病、死亡病例报告外,其余22种甲、乙类传染病均有报告。报告发病数居前五位的病种依次为肺结核、乙型肝炎、梅毒、痢疾和淋病,占甲、乙类传染病报告发病总数的87.91%。报告死亡数居前五位的病种依次为艾滋病、狂犬病、肺结核、乙型肝炎和新生儿破伤风,占甲、乙类传染病报告死亡总数的92.87%。本月全国报告1例人感染高致病性禽流感确诊病例,已死亡。
In December 2008 (from 0:00 on December 1, 2008 to 24:00 on December 31, 2008), a total of 321,336 cases of notifiable infectious diseases of Category A and B were reported across the country (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, the same below), with 1235 deaths. In addition to the reported cases of plague, cholera, SARS, poliomyelitis and diphtheria, and the deaths, 22 other types of A and B infectious diseases have been reported. The top five reported cases were tuberculosis, hepatitis B, syphilis, dysentery and gonorrhea, accounting for 87.91% of the total reported cases of infectious diseases of Class A and B. The top five deaths reported were AIDS, rabies, tuberculosis, hepatitis B and neonatal tetanus, accounting for 92.87% of the total reported deaths of type A and B infectious diseases. One confirmed case of human HPAI infection in this month’s national report has died.
