电力系统的招投标是保证工程质量及节约资金等方面的重要保障和基础性工作,因此,加强电力系统的招投标工作的制度管理和监督控制是十分必要的。本文主要分析电力系统招投标的现状和存在的问题,并从监督的角度,提出解决措施,以期为行业做出贡献。
The bidding and bidding of power system is an important guarantee and basic work in guaranteeing project quality and saving funds. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen system management and supervision and control of bidding and tendering in power system. This article mainly analyzes the status quo and existing problems of bidding in power system, and puts forward solutions from the perspective of supervision so as to make contributions to the industry.
