【目的】研究正丁烯呋内酯对豚鼠的平喘作用。【方法】采用豚鼠整体动物引喘法和改良溢流法观察正丁烯呋内酯的平喘作用。【结果】正丁烯呋内酯对2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组胺混合液所诱发的豚鼠哮喘有明显的抑制作用,显著延长引喘潜伏期(P<0.01);同时,可降低组胺所导致的豚鼠肺溢流量的增加(P<0.01)。正丁烯呋内酯的平喘作用呈剂量依赖关系。【结论】口服正丁烯呋内酯具有明显的平喘作用。
【Objective】 To study the antiasthmatic effect of n-bufural lactone on guinea pigs. 【Method】 The antiasthmatic effect of n-bufuralolide was observed by using guinea pig whole body asthma method and modified overflow method. 【Result】 Bupivanolol obviously inhibited the asthma of guinea pig induced by 2% acetylcholine and 0.1% histamine phosphate and prolonged the latent period of asthma (P <0.01). At the same time, Amine induced guinea pig lung overflow (P <0.01). The antiasthmatic effect of n-bufural lactone was dose-dependent. 【Conclusion】 Oral nifuvirtolactan has obvious antiasthmatic effect.
