The levels of IL-6, sIL-6R, and TNF-α in peripheral blood of 24 patients with acute leukemia and their correlation with leukemic cell load were analyzed using biological detection method, ELISA and indirect immunofluorescence. 1) The levels of IL-6, sIL-6R and TNF-α in peripheral blood of patients with acute leukemia are significantly elevated, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) IL-6, sIL-6R and acute T-lymphoid leukemia (T). The increase of TNF-α was especially significant in patients with ALL. (2) The levels of TNF-α in IL-6, TNF-α, and T-ALL of B-ALL were positively correlated with the leukemic cell load; sIL- There was no significant correlation between 6R level and leukemic cell load. This indicates that different types of leukemia have different biological factors that favor the growth of tumor cells. The abnormal expression of these biological factors and their receptors is related to the development of leukemia.
