上海市家庭装饰装修市场起步于80年代末,在90年代得到了蓬勃发展,近几年家庭装饰市场每年总产值120～150亿元,极大地促进了相关行业的发展。家庭装饰既是市民的消费热点,也成为促进上海经济增长的重要产业。近期来看,今年1～10月份本市住宅建设总量呈上升趋势,住宅销售状况良好,住宅二级及三级市场交易面积呈大幅上涨态势,客观上更加大了对家庭装饰市场的需求。
The Shanghai home decoration market started in the late 1980s and flourished in the 1990s. In recent years, the home decoration market has an annual output value of 120 to 15 billion yuan, which has greatly promoted the development of related industries. Home decoration is not only a consumer hot spot but also an important industry that promotes Shanghai’s economic growth. In the near term, from January to October of this year, the total housing construction in the city is on an upward trend, and residential sales are in good condition. The transaction areas in the secondary and tertiary markets of residential buildings have been rising significantly, and the demand for the home decoration market has become larger.
