快速启动显象管具有启动快、耗电省、寿命长的优点。采用快速启动的关键是使用快速阴极套管材料。 我所研制的Ni-Cr合金快速阴极套管材料,成份为Ni80%、Cr20%。合金不含低饱和蒸气压的元素及对阴极有害的杂质;合金经适当的处理可获得б_b=64~73公斤/毫米~2、延伸率δ≥25%的机械性能;合金的晶粒度为ASTM标准的7—8级这种合金在高温高真空时(800℃)的放气量为1.2×10~(-2)毫升/克。电阻率高ρ=1.08Ω毫米/米,合金经湿氢处理后表面容易黑化,其黑化层性能稳定。合金符合显象管阴极套管材料的要求。 该材料经上海电子管二厂装管试验,显象管启动时间由15秒以上减少到5秒以下,16时显象管阴极耗电功率由4瓦减少到1瓦,达到了美国和日本的水平。
