1979~1985年住院新生儿患者中血pH≤7.0有103例,占同期住院新生儿1.9%。导致重度酸中毒的原发疾病有20种,以呼吸系统疾病占首位(51.5%),败血症第二位(17.5%),消化系疾病第三位(13.6%)。治愈好转率仅24.3%,呼吸系统疾病,败血症,缺血缺氧性脑病,颅内出血,先天性青紫型心脏病预后差。而消化系统疾病预后较好,早产儿晚期酸中毒预后好。生后一周内发病率与病死率均高,血PCO_2升高时预后亦差。对新生儿重度酸中毒的防治问题进行了讨论。
From 1979 to 1985 inpatients with neonatal blood pH≤7.0 in 103 cases, accounting for 1.9% of hospitalized neonates. There are 20 primary diseases causing severe acidosis, with respiratory diseases (51.5%), sepsis second (17.5%) and digestive diseases third (13.6%). Cure rate was only improved 24.3%, respiratory diseases, sepsis, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage, poor prognosis of congenital cyanosis heart disease. The prognosis of digestive diseases is better, good prognosis of preterm children with acidosis. One week after birth, the morbidity and mortality were high, and the prognosis of patients with elevated PCO2 was poor. The neonatal severe acidosis prevention and treatment issues were discussed.
