随着社会主义市场经济的发展和教育体制改革的逐步深化,高校与社会的经济交往日益频繁,特别是近十几年来,高等教育在步入跨越式发展和改革之路后,赋予高校领导干部和职能部门更多更大的权力,这也使得高校职务犯罪渐渐凸显出来。面对金钱、物质等等的考验,一些党员干部陷入了职务犯罪的泥潭。高校腐败的最根本的原因在于高等教育资源是一种稀缺资源。本文从资源稀缺性、制度约束性等方面分析高校腐败的具体表现和成因,提出了防治高校腐败的思路和措施。
