Implementation since March 1, 2011 Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to standardize the inspector work after environmental administrative law enforcement and improve the efficiency of environmental administrative enforcement. Article 2 The term “inspector of environmental administrative law enforcement” as mentioned in the present Measures refers to the administrative measures for the supervision and inspection of the implementation of specific administrative acts such as environmental administrative sanctions and administrative orders by the department in charge of environmental protection.
