校园文化是学校物质财富和精神财富的总称,它包括物质文化、制度文化及由课余文化、舆论文化、人际关系等组成的精神文化。物质文化是校园文化的表层结构,制度文化是校园文化的中层结构,精神文化则是校园文化的深层结构。校园文化作为一种环境教育力量,对学生的健康成长有着巨大的影响。校园文化建设的终极目标就在于创设一种氛围,以期陶冶学生情操,构建学生健康人格,全面提高学生素质。
Campus culture is the general term of school material wealth and spiritual wealth. It includes material culture, system culture and spiritual culture composed of after school culture, public opinion culture and interpersonal relationship. Material culture is the surface structure of campus culture, institutional culture is the middle school structure of campus culture, and spiritual culture is the deep structure of campus culture. As an environmental education force, campus culture has a huge impact on students’ healthy growth. The ultimate goal of the construction of campus culture is to create an atmosphere in order to cultivate the sentiments of students, build students’ healthy personality, and comprehensively improve the quality of students.
