目前,一场轰轰烈烈的设计工作的革命运动正在全国广泛展开。设计工作人员在党的领导下,高举毛泽东思想红旗,深入群众,深入实际,既为国家解决了社会主义建设中重大的工程技术问题,节约了大量人力、物力、财力;又接受了锻炼,提高了思想水平和业务水平。我们现在发表“自力更生方针的又一重大胜利”和“设计工作上的一场革命”两篇文章。它可以帮助我们思考一些问题:正确的研究课题从那里来?科学研究工作应该走什么样的道路?我们是跟在别人后面一步一步地爬行呢?还是打破常规,突破框框,使我国的科学技术水平在一个较短的时期内跃居世界的前列?这两篇文章,虽然讲的是设计工作,但考虑问题的思想、方法,对我们科学研究工作者来说,也是很有启发,很有教育意义的。
