自从中共中央「关于在报纸刊物上层开批评与自我批评的决定」颁发以来,引起了各方面的重视。开始在报纸上层开了人民群众对我们党、政、群、机关工作人员的批评,这对各方面的工作改进,有着很重大的意义和作用。我认为支持群众展开批评与自我批评。不仅教育了干部,而且是启发和教育广大群众监督自己国家政权有效方法之一。目前关于群众的批评,虽然在报纸上大部分有了答复,被批评者多数均能作深刻的检讨,改正错误,因而改进了工作,已收到一定的成效。但提出批评者还仅仅是极少数一部分群众,被批评者尚有个别同志、个别部门存在一些抵触思想。给了报纸很大困难。例如有的对群众的批评采取不理的态度,使问题久悬未决;有的对群众批评表现很不虚心,强调批评中某些与事实不符而拒绝或否定;有的只是在口头上作了检讨,实际行动上并无改正:有的虽表示接受,但不愿向群众公开承认错误。因此,问题不能及时得到圆满的处理
Since the issuance of the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party about Criticism and Self-criticism in the Newspapers and Periodicals,” it has drawn great attention from all quarters. At present, criticisms about the masses have received some success despite the fact that most of them have replied in the newspapers and most of the critics can conduct profound review and correct their mistakes. Critics, however, are still only a minority of the masses. There are still individual comrades to be criticized and some contradictory ideas exist in some departments. It was a big difficulty for newspapers. For example, some people ignore the criticisms of the masses and make the problems long and unresolved. Some people are very modest about criticisms of the masses, emphasizing that some of the criticisms are rejected or denied in conformity with the facts, while others merely make verbal remarks The review has not corrected the actual actions: while some said they accepted it, they did not want to publicly admit the mistake to the masses. Therefore, the problem can not be satisfactorily dealt with in time
