4月27日,国务院清理整顿经济鉴证类社会中介机构领导小组下发《关于暂停审批、成立经济鉴证类社会中介机构的行业管理组织的紧急通知》(国清字[2000]4号),要求各省、自治区、直辖市及国务院各有关部门在清理整顿期间一律停止审批、成立新的经济鉴证类社会中介机构和行业管理组织,停止相应的资格认定。该通知内容如下:
On April 27, the State Council cleaned up and rectified the leading group of social intermediary agencies in economic appraisal class and issued the urgent circular on the suspension of examination and approval and the establishment of an industrial management organization of social intermediary agencies of economic appraisal (Guo Qing Zi [2000] No. 4) Autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and all relevant departments of the State Council shall stop approving them during the period of rectification and consolidation and set up new social intermediary agencies and industry management organizations of economic appraisal and shall cease the corresponding qualification.
