“牢固树立社会主义荣辱观,全队贯彻落实《少先队辅导员工作纲要(试行)》,深化‘雏鹰争章’活动现场会”主要有两项任务：一是按照实施少先队未来五年重点工作推进计划的总体要求,对前一阶段实施《纲要》的进展情况进行总结、交流,找出存在的问题,并结合新的形势任务,明确下一步的指导意见和工作要求；二是围绕未来五年“全队抓基层、全队抓落实”的四项重点工作(雏鹰争章活动、农村少先队工作、社区少先队工作、中学少先队工作)中的如何深化雏鹰争章活动,进行总结、交流和实地观摩,展示雏鹰争章活动多年来的探索实践成果,提出下一步的工作要求。
