本文是对瑞典粉末冶金的参观考察简介。分为:1.铁粉生产。其特点是:(1)产量大,效率高;(2)自动化程度高,劳动条件好;(3)采用精矿厂粉为原料和高温还原;(4)重视磁选和合批工序;2.粉末冶金热锻。瑞典赫根纳斯公司建立了一条热锻生产线,其产量为750公斤/小时,生产速度为800件/小时。3.热等静压和粉末高速钢。采用热等静压可生产高密爱、无偏析、高性能的各种材料以及形状复杂的和大型的制品。瑞典在利用热等静压技术制造高合金钢方面已发展到大规模生产阶段,并介绍了其工艺流程和该公司生产粉末高速钢的主要牌号。4.硬质合金。瑞典生产硬质合金的特点是:(1)用酸分解方法处理钨精矿;(2)采用喷雾干燥;(3)大力发展涂层刀片;(4)采用热等静压技术;(5)普遍采用真空烧结;(6)采用带真空吸盘机械手的自动压机;(7)采用新的增塑剂,以使零件的强度有所提高,价格也较为便宜。附图2幅,表2个。
