影响先天性心脏病室间隔缺损（简称ＶＳＤ）手术效果的主要因素是肺动脉高压（简称ＰＨ）。我院自１９８７年５月～１９９３年５月手术治疗ＶＳＤ３０７例，病死率２．９％，其中合并重度ＰＨ（Ｐ＿ｐ／Ｐ＿ｓ≥８０％）２４例，病死率２０．８％。本文通过对心导管材料、心脏杂音、胸片、心电图等的材料分析，对照手术结果，结合文献，对ＶＳＤ合并重度ＰＨ的手术适应证和围术期的处理加以讨论。
The main factor that affects the surgical effect of congenital heart disease ventricular septal defect (referred to as VSD) is pulmonary hypertension (referred to as PH). In our hospital, from May 1987 to May 1993, 307 cases of VSD were surgically treated, with a case fatality rate of 2.9%. Among them, 24 cases were complicated with severe PH (P_p / P_s≥80%) and the case fatality rate was 20.8%. In this paper, the materials of cardiac catheter, heart murmur, chest radiograph, electrocardiogram and so on were analyzed. The surgical results and the literature were compared with the surgical indications and perioperative management of VSD combined with severe PH.
