在50Hz/250Hz双频淬火机床上,对φ420轧辊表面层内的温度分布进行了测试。结果表明:在双频淬火过程中,轧辊表面层内的温差可达60℃,最高温度发生在距辊面10~15mm处。在轧辊辊面之下20mm处的平均冷却速度为1.9℃/s。
In the 50Hz / 250Hz dual-frequency quenching machine, φ420 roller surface temperature distribution was tested. The results show that during the dual-frequency quenching, the temperature difference in the surface layer of the roll reaches 60 ℃, and the maximum temperature occurs at 10 ~ 15mm away from the roll surface. The average cooling rate at 20 mm below the roll face was 1.9 ° C / s.
