中药浸膏片崩解时限的测定,一般均以水为介质。但从银翘解毒片、首乌片、了哥王片等品种样品的实验结果来看,水与人工胃液中二者崩解时限略有差异。在人工胃液中崩解时限的终点观察非常正确,而在水中,当1000ml水溶解5片样品时,溶液色泽呈褐色,崩解终点很难看清;同时人工胃液比较水更接近人胃的生理条件。故我们认为中药浸膏片如能用人工胃液代替水作介质来测定崩解时限,似有一定的
