2014年12月29日,《黑龙江省志·武警志》(以下简称《武警志》)评议会在黑龙江省武警总队召开。省地方志办公室副主任袁建勋、省直指导处处长侯明(《武警志》责任副总编)、省直指导处副处长陈怡、副调研员贾宏斌、主任科员邹琳琳(《武警志》责任编辑),省武警总队政治部副主任刘春海、政治部组织处处长周开宇、政治部组织处干事陈强(正营职)、黄金总队组织科干事秦桂生(正营职)、森林总队组织科干事李长梦(正连职)参加会议。会议由侯明主持。
December 29, 2014, “Heilongjiang Province Zhiwu armed police” (hereinafter referred to as “Armed Police Chi”) council held in Heilongjiang Armed Police Corps. Yuan Jianxun, deputy director of Provincial Local Records Office, Hou Ming, director of Provincial Directorate of Guidance (deputy editor-in-chief of “Armed Police Forces”), Chen Yi, deputy director of Provincial Directorate of Guidance, Jia Hongbin, (Editor in chief), Liu Chunhai, deputy director of the Political Department of the Armed Police Corps, Zhou Kaiyu, director of the Political Department Organization Department, Chen Qiang, director of the Organization Department of the Political Department (currently working), Qin Guisheng, Director Li Changmeng (being re-elected) to attend the meeting. Hou Ming presided over the meeting.
