66 cases of diabetic patients with CT examination of the hospital were analyzed for pulmonary tuberculosis, the main analysis of the CT examination of the general situation, including the lesion site, CT morphology and lesion performance. Results A total of 96 lesions were found in CT scan of 66 patients. The most common lesion included the posterior segment of the upper apical segment, the lower segment of the posterior segment, the right middle lobe, etc. The CT findings in 66 patients were mainly patchy, Patchy shadow, nodular shadow and so on. 66 cases of patients with pleural effusion in 7 cases, accounting for 10.61%; mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy in 6 cases, accounting for 9.09%; pleural thickening adhesion in 6 cases, accounting for 9.09%; bronchial local stenosis or thickening in 4 cases, accounting for 6.06% . Fourteen cases developed cavities, including 10 cases of single and 4 cases of multiple. Sixty-six patients showed complicated and diverse CT findings. In the same patient, different nodules such as pulmonary nodules, lung cavities, lumps, and consolidation of the lung could be found in the same patient. Inhomogeneous, may be associated with calcification, some patients may have edge enhancement or mild enhancement, 4 cases of multiple empty patients showed small cellular honeycomb cavity, the inner wall irregular shape. Conclusion CT examination of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the detection rate of voids, bullae and so on, and has a high diagnostic accuracy and a clear relationship between the bronchus, the cavity and the surrounding lung tissue, which has a positive meaning.
