为进一步观察固金磨积片抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的效用及其作用机理,选用小鼠肝癌22瘤株的瘤细胞悬液接种于NIH小鼠右前腋皮下,随机分为5组(n=10),用药的3组分别以1.88g/kg,1.02g/kg和0.592g/kg的剂量进行抑制实验。对肿瘤标本应用大体测量,光镜和电镜为病理形态学方法进行观察。结果显示:固金磨积片对肿瘤增殖均有明显的抑制作用,并且有剂量依赖性,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.001)。用药组肿瘤有完整包膜,瘤体小,重量轻;瘤细胞核分裂象明显减少(P<0.05),且有再分化现象;高尔基体和内质网等细胞器正常或无明显增大。表明固金磨积片不仅对肝癌细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,促进癌细胞再分化,还可提高宿主机体免疫功能,具有扶正固本作用。
To further observe the effect of Gujin rubbed pellets in inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells and its mechanism of action, the tumor cell suspension of mouse hepatoma 22 tumor strain was inoculated into the right anterior ridge of NIH mice and randomly divided into 5 groups (n=10). The inhibitory experiments were performed in the three groups of medication at doses of 1.88 g/kg, 1.02 g/kg and 0.592 g/kg, respectively. General measurements were performed on tumor specimens, and light microscopy and electron microscopy were used to observe pathological morphology. The results showed that Gujin Grinding Tablets had a significant inhibitory effect on tumor proliferation, and there was a dose-dependent manner. There was a significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.001). The tumors in the medication group had complete capsules, and the tumors were small and light in weight; the karyotomy of the tumors was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and there was a re-differentiation; the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum and other organelles were normal or not significantly enlarged. It shows that Gujin rubbed patch not only has a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of hepatoma cells, but also promotes the re-differentiation of cancer cells. It can also improve the immune function of the host and has the effect of strengthening the body.
