患者24岁,第二胎足月妊娠入院分娩,早孕约停经35d,感冒、发烧、咳嗽、流涕1周,未治自愈,停经4~+月有胎动感,妊娠过程无药物治疗史,第一胎足月顺产一女婴,3岁,健在。 查体:T36.2℃,P82次/min,R20次/min。BP14/8kpa,发育营养中等,心肺(-),腹部宫高28cm,腹围89cm,胎心120～160/min,下肢浮肿(-),入院30min正常顺产一女婴,无呼吸,有心跳,后死亡,死婴解剖见腹部深度凹陷呈月牙状,头胸部,躯干及四肢发育正常,腹腔除肝脏外无其他脏器。
