切削刀具一般都是用合金工具钢、高速钢、碳素工具钢等材料制造,由于它的强度、硬度均较一般钢材高。因此工艺性较差。备料车间的同志们一向认为这种材料只能用单刀切断,过去也一向是用单刀切断。但是,随着生产的大跃进,大家愈来愈感觉到这种方法不能满足生产需要。后来,同志们在敢想敢干、破除迷信口号的启发下,大家动胸筋想办法,改进一种多万架,使生产效率提高2.5倍。
