1.工业生产时,浓缩工序中的问题: (1) 温度:为了研究浓缩工序中温度对制剂质量的影响,用大黄提取液进行几个典型试验。结果表明,70℃低温短时间浓缩时,没有看到大黄浓缩液的番泻甙A含量(薄层层析-直径图谱,TLC-DM型)及浓缩液的pH值等发生变化。但可以肯定70℃长时间高度浓缩,番泻甙A含量会减少,薄层层析-直径图谱(TLD-DM型)也会发生变化。因此必须注意浓缩温度。(2) 浸膏损失:在浓缩工程方面,浸膏损失的主要原因是由于装置内粘着一部分浓厚的浸膏,取不下来。浓缩度越高,这个比例越大。表1是含有
