优化设计半导体光纤环形激光器 (SFRL)产生波长连续可调谐窄线宽的激光输出 ,可调谐范围为 40 nm,利用半导体光放大器 (SOA)的非线性效应四波混频 (FWM) ,实现了码速为 2 .5 Gb/ s SDH信号光的波长变换 ,向上变换 7.0 7nm,向下变换 1 9.49nm.在实验中不需要外加泵浦光源 .
Optimized design The semiconductor fiber ring laser (SFRL) produces a laser with tunable narrow-linewidth tunable laser with a tunable range of 40 nm. Using the nonlinear effect four-wave mixing (FWM) of a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) Wavelength conversion of 2.5 Gb / s SDH signal light, upconversion 7.0 7 nm, down conversion 1 9.49 nm. No external pump light source is required in the experiment.
