给出了锅炉纤维喷涂保温结构的干燥方案,对其传热环节进行了分析。分析了现有干燥计算模型,并指出现有干燥模型的局限性。提出考虑纤维喷涂保温结构内部导热热阻的干燥时间的计算方法。通过该模型计算结果,总结了空气温度和保温厚度与干燥时间之间的关系。并通过室内试验,验证了该计算方法用于计算纤维喷涂保温结构干燥时间的可行性。
The drying scheme of boiler fiber spraying insulation structure is given, and the heat transfer process is analyzed. The existing drying calculation model is analyzed and the limitations of the existing drying model are pointed out. The calculation method of drying time considering the thermal resistance inside the fiber-sprayed insulation structure is proposed. Through the calculation results of the model, the relationship between air temperature and insulation thickness and drying time is summarized. And through laboratory tests, the feasibility of this calculation method for calculating the drying time of fiber spray insulation structure is verified.
