随着社会的不断进步与国家经济的快速发展,我国人民的物质生活水平明显提高,21世纪是一个信息技术时代,各种高新技术不断发展与完善,这些高科技、高技术的背后离不开学校的教育。现在我国已经全面实行义务教育,每一个公民都有享受义务教育的权利和责任,要想真正培养出高素质的人才,国家不仅要学生学习专业性教育而且还要让学生学习通识教育,通识教育是提高大学生素质的基本而重要的基础,通识教育现已发展成为现代大学的一种教育理念,其目的是为了培养出具有健全人格和良好的素质,具有良好的文学素养科学素养的公民,从而为国家为社会为人民贡献出自己的一份力量,学习通识教育能够陶冶学生的情趣,对学生的个性进行熏陶,能够提高全体大学生的综合素质,促进他们的全面发展。

The 21st century is an era of information technology. All kinds of high and new technologies continue to develop and improve.
