12月8日,由河南省科技厅和河南省发改委联合组织,对开封空分集团为柳州钢铁集团公司提供的KDON-28000/28000型空分设备进行的科技成果和新产品鉴定会,在广西柳州市柳州宾馆隆重举行。会议成立了以西安交大教授厉彦忠为主任,包钢设计院副总侯金生、中冶南方工程技术公司教授级高工杨涌源为副主任,肖家立、马大方、蔡敏、舒水明、王建国、张敏等专家为成员的鉴定委员会。
