随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立,经济发展硕果累累,综合国力的提升带动了医疗水平的提升,因此我国必须进行医疗卫生体制改革才能使医疗水平满足时代的要求。医院的内部控制是影响县级公立医院的主要因素之一,对他的研究不可忽视。目前县级医院的内部控制制度建设不完善,削弱了内部控制的执行能力,导致内部控制对人员的监管不到位。达不到内部控制制度所要求的目标标准,使内部控制制度发挥不了原来有的功效,无法提升医院经营活动的效率,无法保障资产和财务信息的安全,严重地阻碍了县级医疗卫生水平的发展。本文讨论了目前县级医院内部控制中存在的问题并提出了相应的解决措施,希望能对完善内部控制体系建设的工作提供帮助。
