1临床资料 例 1男， 47岁，制药厂工人。反复咳嗽 2月余，痰少，以夜间为甚。体查无阳性体征。病初以急性支气管炎行抗炎、止咳治疗近 3周无明显效果。摄胸片无异常发现。为排外支气管内膜结核而行纤维支气管镜检查亦无异常发现。因患者在制药厂工作，怀疑为以咳嗽为主的变异

Early acute bronchitis line anti-inflammatory, cough treatment for nearly 3 weeks no significant effect. No abnormal chest X-ray findings.
