一、问题的提出根据标准规定,热轧无缝高压锅炉管和低、中压锅炉管均需作压扁性能试验。20A高压锅炉管是我厂无缝车间的部优质产品,但近年来,特别是近两年来,其压扁性能不合格(包括热轧检验和用户投料验收不合格)较多。造成往返运输费用和重新热处理时能源、材料的消耗增加,也影响用户及时投料及我厂产品的信誉。为此我们对压扁性能不合格的原因及防止和消除办法进行了探讨。
First, the issue put forward According to the standard, seamless hot high pressure boiler tubes and low and medium pressure boiler tubes are required for flattening performance test. 20A high-pressure boiler tube is a high-quality product of seamless workshop of our factory. However, in recent years, especially in the past two years, its flattening performance is unqualified (including hot-rolling inspection and unqualified acceptance by users). Resulting in transportation costs and re-heat treatment of energy, material consumption increases, but also affect the user in a timely manner and feed our factory product reputation. For this reason, we discussed the causes of unqualified crush performance and how to prevent and eliminate them.
