采用ＣＡＴ报告基因分析法检测Ｔｘ２．８ｋｂ中基因表达潜在启动序列的启动功能。结果表明，该潜在启动序列没有启动功能。提示与ＩＧＫＣ同源的Ｔｘ２．８ｋｂＥｃｏＲＩ片段可能采用免疫球蛋白基因所独有的调控方式
The promoter function of the potential promoter sequence of gene expression in Tx2.8kb was detected by CAT reporter gene analysis. The results show that this potential promoter sequence has no start-up function. Suggesting that the homologous Tx2.8kbEcoRI fragment to IGKC may adopt a unique regulatory mode of immunoglobulin genes
