本文对钢轨波浪形磨损的形成原因提出了新的理论解释。文中论述了轮轨间的合力作用结果使轨头内层产生塑性区,而负蠕滑率又使塑性区材料向前压缩产生辗压变形,致使轨面先以单波的形式开始,同时经过不均匀压宽、反复堆积和不均匀磨耗后,发展成多波。文中还得到了波浪形磨损的四个特征。这个理论得到现场和实验室里的初步验证。
This paper presents a new theoretical explanation for the formation of wavy rail wear. In the paper, the result of the resultant force between wheel and rail is that the inner zone of the rail head produces a plastic zone, while the negative rate of creep causes the plastic zone material to compress forward to produce the rolling deformation, so that the track surface begins with a single wave and passes through Uneven pressure width, repeated accumulation and uneven wear, the development of multi-wave. The article also got four characteristics of wavy wear. This theory has been initially validated in the field and in the laboratory.
