目的:探讨临床路径在再生障碍性贫血患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2015年8月-2017年7月60例再生障碍性贫血患者作为对象,依据护理方法差异分对照组、临床路径组两组,各有30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,临床路径组则采取临床路径。比较两组再生障碍性贫血治疗总有效率;再生障碍性贫血疾病知晓度、治疗依从性评分、护理满意度评分;干预前后患者焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分、自尊评分。结果:临床路径组再生障碍性贫血治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;临床路径组再生障碍性贫血疾病知晓度、治疗依从性评分、护理满意度评分高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分、自尊评分相近,P>0.05;干预后临床路径组焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,自尊评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床路径在再生障碍性贫血患者护理中的应用效果确切,可减轻患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者疾病知晓度、自尊和治疗依从性,有利于改善病情和提升患者满意度,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application of clinical pathway in the nursing of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods: From August 2015 to July 2017, 60 patients with aplastic anemia were enrolled in this study. There were 30 patients in each of the two groups according to different nursing methods. Control group using conventional nursing methods, clinical pathways group to take clinical pathways. The total effective rate of treatment of aplastic anemia was compared between two groups. The awareness of aplastic anemia, the score of treatment compliance, the score of nursing satisfaction, the anxiety score, the depression score and the self-esteem score of the patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results: The total effective rate of aplastic anemia in clinical pathway group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05); awareness of aplastic anemia in clinical pathway group, score of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those in control group (P <0.05) ; Anxiety score, depression score and self-esteem score of the two groups before intervention were similar, P> 0.05; anxiety score and depression score of clinical pathway group were lower than those of control group after intervention, and self-esteem score was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Clinical pathology is effective in the treatment of patients with aplastic anemia. It can reduce anxiety and depression, improve patient awareness of disease, self-esteem and treatment compliance, improve the condition and enhance patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
