1986年6月至1987年12月,我科共做尖锐湿疣活组织检查80例。诊断根据病史,大体表现和组织学检查。光镜下每例均查见凹空细胞。(Koilocyte)30例作了人乳头瘤病毒抗原(HPV—Ag)检测,采用PAP免疫酶染色法(DAKO kit)。12例检测出HPV—Ag,阳性率40%。阳性细胞主要见于表层和棘层上部的凹空细胞,表现为细胞核内呈棕褐色颗粒,细胞浆内未见棕褐色颗粒。各例阳性细胞数量差异较大,阳性率与取材大小和数量有较大系系。HPV—Ag阳性的凹空细胞与HPV—Ag阴性的凹空细胞,光镜下形态无明显差异。15例取新鲜组织按电镜常规处理,制片,电镜下5例找到病毒颗粒,阳性率33.3%。均见于表层和棘层最上部细胞的核内。病毒颗粒呈球形,直径50-55nm,有致密核心和衣壳,无包膜,典型者排列呈结晶状图1。凹空细胞较大,核增大,核膜欠规则,一些细
