本文在中职与高职对口招生,人才培养相衔接的教育改革的新形势下,对如何加强学生的党团建设进行探索,通过对中职学生的性格特点、个性差异、如何树立中职学生正确的世界观、人生观、价值观以及主导学生的成才观的研究。提出了在中高职相衔接的人才培养过程中,党团建设更要注重加强中职学生的德育教育。论证了党团建设要融于学生的思想德育教育、学习生活以及文娱活动当中;党团建设要帮助学生解决各方面的心理困惑和心理问题,帮助学生战胜自卑心理,提高学生的心理健康水平。得出了中职学生德育教育需要加强研究,而如何解决这些问题也正是学校德育教育工作的重要内容,也是中、高职衔接的党团建设的中心问题。
This article explores how to strengthen the construction of the party and the masses under the new situation of education reform which connects the enrollment of secondary vocational students with the cultivation of higher vocational education. Based on the differences of personality traits and personality characteristics of secondary vocational students, how to establish the correctness of secondary vocational students The world outlook, outlook on life, values and leading students of the concept of talent. It is proposed that in the process of personnel training in the connection between higher vocational education and higher vocational education, the construction of the Party League should pay more attention to strengthening the moral education of secondary vocational students. It proves that the construction of the party and state should integrate with the students’ ideological and moral education, the study and the recreational activities. The construction of the party and state should help students solve all kinds of psychological confusion and psychological problems and help students overcome their inferiority and improve their mental health. It concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the research on moral education of secondary vocational students. How to solve these problems is also an important content of moral education in schools. It is also the central issue of the construction of the unity of secondary and higher vocational education.
