自1969年Holak把氢化物发生技术用于原子吸收光谱分析以来,在各个领域均已得到广泛应用。在此期间,一些工作者对影响氢化物生成的条件,原子化机理,干扰及其消除等方面做了研究,但有关反应液温度对氢化物生成过程的影响及氢化物稳定性方面的报导甚少。本文对此进行了系统考察,并对实验结果进行了探讨。实验 1.仪器与装置:岛津AA-610s原子吸收分光光度计;自制的手动注射式氢化物发生
Since 1969 Holak hydride generation technology used in atomic absorption spectrometry, has been widely used in various fields. In the meantime, some workers studied the conditions that affect the hydride generation, the atomization mechanism, the interference and its elimination, etc. However, the reports about the influence of the reaction liquid temperature on the hydride generation process and the hydride stability less. This article has carried on the system investigation, and has carried on the discussion to the experimental result. Experiment 1.
