目的 :为氟喹诺酮类口服药物建立微生物限度检查标准提供依据。方法 :对氧氟沙星等 3种药物污染大肠杆菌和 4种混合细菌作用不同时间后 ,采用离心沉淀薄膜过滤法处理后 ,检查大肠杆菌 ,并用培养基稀释法检查细菌总数。结果 :氧氟沙星污染大肠杆菌 30min后、环丙沙星等污染 72h后 ,均未检出大肠杆菌。 3种药物污染枯草杆菌等 4种细菌 30min后 ,检查细菌总数 ,均未检出。、结论 :可考虑对细菌数检查项免检。
OBJECTIVE: To provide the basis for the establishment of the limit of microbial test for fluoroquinolone oral drugs. Methods: After the three kinds of drugs such as ofloxacin and so on were contaminated by E. coli and four kinds of mixed bacteria for different time, they were examined by centrifugation and membrane filtration method, then Escherichia coli was checked and the total bacterial count was checked by culture medium dilution method. Results: Ofloxacin contamination of E. coli 30min, ciprofloxacin and other pollution 72h, were not detected E. coli. Three kinds of drugs, Bacillus subtilis and other four kinds of bacteria were contaminated 30min, check the total number of bacteria were not detected. Conclusion: The examination of bacteria can be considered exempt.
