建筑农民工职业安全权益保障涉及政府、行业、企业、社会以及农民工自身等很多方面,受到法律、经济、社会文化等因素的影响。在分析系统运行机制的基础上,提出以政府调控、经济环境、社会文化为外推力,企业文化和农民工自身素质为内促力的系统动力因素模型,并进一步分析动力因素的作用机理,为完善建筑农民工职业安全保障工作提供支持。
Construction workers migrant workers occupational safety and rights protection involves the government, industry, business, society and migrant workers themselves and many other aspects, subject to legal, economic, social and cultural factors.
