阿霉素是一种抗癌抗生素类药物，抗癌谱广。我院血液科近２年来应用国产阿霉素治疗恶性血液病９７例，其结果显示：ＡＮＬＬ３９例，缓解率为７４．４％；ＡＬＬ２５例，缓解率８８．０％；ＭＭ２１例，缓解率８５．７％；ＭＬ、ＣＭＬ－Ａ、ＭＨ分别为６例、３例和２例，缓解率为６６．７％、６６．７％和５０％；ＣＬＬ１例获完全缓解，总缓解率达７９．４％，取得了较好的疗效。用药期间仅见恶心、呕吐、脱发及白细胞下降等副反应，停药后可恢复，未发现明显的心、肝、肾等损害。
Adriamycin is an anti-cancer antibiotic drugs, broad spectrum of anti-cancer. Our hospital hematology in recent 2 years, 97 cases of domestic doxorubicin treatment of hematologic malignancies, the results showed: ANLL39 cases, the remission rate was 74.4%; ALL25 cases, the remission rate was 88.0%; MM21 cases, remission rate 85 .7%; ML, CML-A, MH were 6 cases, 3 cases and 2 cases, the remission rates were 66.7%, 66.7% and 50%; CLL1 patients were completely relieved, the total response rate was 79. 4%, achieved a good effect. During treatment only nausea, vomiting, hair loss and leukopenia and other side effects, withdrawal can be restored, no significant heart, liver, kidney damage.
