中国—新西兰自由贸易协定是中国与发达国家签署的第一个涉及多领域的自贸协定,在谈判准备、磋商与实施中积累了重要经验。从建设成效看,中新自贸区建成六年多来,双边货物贸易增长迅速,尤其是新西兰对中国的奶粉产品出口增速迅猛;相互投资仅小幅增长,孕育着更大的合作潜力;劳务合作、旅游及文化交流更加密切。中新自贸协定的谈判与实施经验包括:善于运用学术研究对谈判进行支持和引导,通过增强政治互信和高层推动化解谈判僵局,明确谈判利益的多元性以及重视自贸协定的履行。
The China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (FTA), the first free trade agreement involving many fields signed between China and developed countries, has accumulated important experiences in negotiating, negotiating and implementing.
