人工尿路括约肌是一些尿失禁病例常用的辅助治疗类型。本文作者报告了30例采用气球压力调节型第二代人工尿路括约肌的植入经验。材料和方法:男20例女9例,年龄25至82岁及1例7岁男孩。5例采用AS761型括约肌,AS742B或C型11例,AS791或792型14例。13例在膀胱颈植入气囊带,所有装置均在1982年前植入并至少随访1年。尿失禁的病因有为前列腺切除引起的非神经源性括约肌无功能性尿失禁本文有11例,无症状性尿道疤痕7例,骨盆创伤4例,其它病因者,脊髓脊膜突出引起的神经源性括约肌无功能者,骶脊髓病和脊髓损伤等各2例。术前作了膀胱压力测定,括约肌肌电图,尿道压力形态图,膀胱和排泄性膀胱尿道造影,压力试验和膀胱尿道镜检查等,所有病例均熟悉对装
Artificial urinary sphincter is a common type of adjuvant therapy for some cases of urinary incontinence. The authors report the implantation experience of 30 patients with balloon-pressure-controlled second-generation artificial urinary sphincters. Materials and Methods: There were 20 males and 9 females, aged 25 to 82 years old and 1 7-year-old boy. 5 cases used AS761 sphincter, AS742B or C type in 11 cases, AS791 or 792 in 14 cases. Thirteen patients were implanted with balloon bladders in the bladder neck. All devices were implanted before 1982 and were followed up for at least 1 year. Causes of urinary incontinence There are 11 cases of non-neurogenic sphincter nonfunctional urinary incontinence caused by prostatectomy, 7 cases of asymptomatic urethral scar, 4 cases of pelvic trauma, other causes, neurogenic source caused by spinal meningocele Sphincter-free function, sacral myelopathy and spinal cord injury in 2 cases. Preoperative bladder pressure measurement, sphincter electromyography, urethral pressure morphological map, bladder and urinary bladder urethroplasty, stress test and urinary bladder endoscopy, etc., all cases are familiar with the equipment
