野菜因具有特殊风味及营养价值,同时又因其适应性广、生命力强、病虫害少,是无公害的“绿色食品”,而倍受人们喜爱。目前,江山市人工栽培的主要有马兰、荠菜等。这些野菜以前均是野生,千家万户都可从田头地角采摘。近年来,通过人工种植既提高了品质,又能提早1～2个月上市,市售价格成倍提高,效益较好。现将人工栽培经验介绍如下。
