本文报道了云产三七根粗提物—生三七人参皂甙对小鼠骨髓细胞体外培养有促进细胞团增殖的作用。在培养皿内加入一定量的生三七溶液对粒系、单核系细胞团都有促进增殖的作用。在分析讨论中提出了其作用机制的可能性。但具体作用环节有待进一步研究。
This article reports that Panax notoginseng crude extract - Panax notoginseng ginseng saponin can promote the proliferation of cell clusters in vitro cultured on mouse bone marrow cells. Adding a certain amount of Panax notoginseng solution to the petri dish promotes the proliferation of both the granular and mononuclear cell masses. The possibility of its mechanism of action was proposed in the analysis and discussion. However, specific aspects need further study.
